Clint Bowyer wins 2012 Federated Auto Parts 400 at Richmond International Raceway. Bowyer took the lead from Ryan Newman and led the last 88 laps to the checkered flag. He will be seeded sixth to start the Chase for the Cup.

Kevin Harvick took the checkered flag at Richmond International Raceway. The Top 10 Final positions for 2011 Wonderful Pistachios 400 were 1-Harvick 2-Edwards 3-Gordon 4-Ragan 5-Kurt Busch 6-Kyle Busch 7-Stewart 8-Newman 9-Hamlin 10-Martin.
2010 Air Guard 400 Winner
Hamlin won the Chevy Rock & Roll 400
Denny Hamlin wins Sprint Cup Air Guard 400 at RIR. Hamlin, who will enter the 10-race playoff with a 10-point lead over Jimmie Johnson, leads the Sprint Cup points for the first time in his career. Busch had no more for Hamlin, who pulled away over the final 10 laps to claim his sixth win of the season and second Cup victory at RIR. Johnson finished third, followed by Joey Logano and Marcos Ambrose.
